Terms & Conditions:

Payments take 2-5 business days to process. Once processed, please allow up to seven business days for your order to process. All orders may be cancelled prior to being shipped. Once the order is shipped, the customer must wait to receive the order and request a return of the item.

 

Return Policy:

 

Thank you for shopping with ZenWork Spaces. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

1. Returns and Exchanges: Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that some items cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged and/or defective due to no fault of your own.

3. Request Refund: To complete your return, you must email our customer support team at customerservice.zenworkspaces@gmail.com. Please provide your name, order number, items purchased, and the reason for the refund request.

4. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is damaged and/or defective due to no fault of your own. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items not in their original condition.

  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Return Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

7. Refund Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

8. Refund Deductions: If a refund is issued, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

9. Final Sale Items: All items marked as final sale are NOT eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. However, the Hibrew Portable Coffee Machine MAY BE available for store credit (excluding shipping costs) and ONLY if the item does not work or is damaged and/or defective.
